WOYC KOREA CO. LTD TO MANAGE RAPIDLY-EXPANDING ASIA BUSINESSES
Dippenhall, Surrey, UK and Suwon City, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea – 19 February 2013:
WOYC Ltd of the UK, part of the IDT Systems Ltd group of companies that are the technology and market leaders in digital image-driven, customised and personalised in-surface decoration of 3-D and 2-D products for industrial and consumer markets, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliated companies, announced today that it has joined together with Microtech System, Inc., one of Korea’s most versatile and respected muti-faceted technology companies, to form WOYC Korea Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary organisation of WOYC Ltd.
The new business will be headquartered in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and will focus its efforts on business development for its in-store and Internet on-line retail opportunities in South Korea and on new market opportunities in Asia. Special emphasis will be placed on both the needs and opportunities associated with the rapidly expanding demand and global markets for customised and personalised decorated protective cases for mobile ‘smart’ phones and tablet computers.
Mr. Sangsoo Yim, Chief Technical Officer and Executive Vice President of Microtech System, will serve as CEO of WOYC Korea Co., Ltd., and will be assisted by board members of both Microtech and WOYC Ltd.
