WOYC (Who’s On Your Case) Ltd of the UK, part of the IDT Systems Ltd group of companies that are the technology and market leaders in digital image-driven, customised and personalised in-surface decoration of 3-D and 2-D products for industrial and consumer markets, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliated companies, and OnTheCase ApS of Denmark, one of Scandinavia’s leading providers of products and technologies for the customised and personalised in-surface decoration of consumer products, particularly protective case for “smart” mobile telephones and tablet computers, announced today that they have formed WOYC ApS – Denmark to manage the considerably growth of their business throughout Scandinavia and Russia, and to jointly exploit emerging market opportunities.

The new venture will be headquartered in Hedehusene, Denmark, located between Copenhagen and Roskilde, and will be managed by Claus Sand Strawbridge, CEO of OnTheCase, assisted by the personnel and resources of WOYC UK and the IDT Systems group. The Denmark operation will be well positioned to sell and service dye sublimation based in-surface decoration systems, proprietary transfer films and other consumable products including blank protective cases, training and technical assistance, all of which will provide prospective clients with a rapid entry into the fast growing B2B and B2C markets for customised and personalised protective cases and other consumer products. WOYC ApS will also assist in the development of a customer’ Internet sites to support in-store or on-line retail sales and will also provide decoration and fulfillment services if called upon. WOYC ApS will also offer white label Internet website solutions allowing its customers to drive in-store and on-line sales of customised and personalised products using its print manager software tool. It will also provide fulfilment services for marketing and B2B companies through its in-country partner programmes or from its own fulfilment centers.
