At the fulfilment location the order gets printed using the best 3D Printing Technology in the world. IDT Systems D10 Series. This renders extremely high quality resolution, 300ppi 1:1 from screen to print on the case. The technology wraps the artwork all the way around the sides of the case giving you a fully printed case. The embedded Image will not fade, rub or scratch off. Its embedded into the material.
The order then goes through QC and then gets carefully packed. The products are dropped shipped to your customer unless otherwise specified. The shipping label is then generated and tracking data sent back to you, the customer.
There are currently 40 Fulfilment centre's worldwide.
3D DECORATE & LASER MARKING 'ON DEMAND'
Not only can we 3D decorate any Image or Design 'on demand', we offer laser marking on the inside of the cases 'on demand'. This means you can have your own logo laser marked on the inside of all your custom design cases.
This gives our customers huge differentiation in the marketplace.
