Quality in delivering to the customer what they want and need is our priority and there are many stages in which this is undertaken at IDT Systems. Raw materials are sourced from ISO accredited suppliers and through a managed Certificate of Conformity system.

Manufacturing is completed by ourselves and qualified suppliers, all working to a tightly controlled quality control system. All of the parts are rigorously tested to a qualified specification, before being shipped to the final customer. Quality issues are dealt through our sites and supply chain through an 8D team approach.

We have a well rounded team to be able to offer the customer not only decoration solutions but also materials and coating solutions. Not only do we wish to deliver high quality products but also communication and service to give a fully rounded relationship.
